It wasn’t anything big, but due to feeling depressed and like crap and with a fucked sleep cycle I am home alone for most of the day. I made myself this Ainsley Harriott dish.
Here’s mine-
It was good and the productivity has made me feel pretty decent. I had a ton of leftover batter so I made one for my sister after she got home from school.

I fried raw chicken for the first time today. Pretty much terrified the whole time that my house was gonna go up in flames. Tastes so much better than ready meals. I’m so glad I’m done with Uni.

I’d be more afraid of salmonella for a first time cook! I agree with you about fresh food. I found a cheap Italian place around the corner from my house that has a killer lunch special. They make their bread in house and it’s still warm when you get the thing!

Have you seen the kitchens in most restaurants? It kills me how people who are so worried about tha sort of stuff bury their heads in the sand when they eat out!

Pink meat scares me a bit but yeah.
